If the address provided during checkout matches the exact address we shipped your order to, and the tracking indicates successful shipment, it is solely the courier's responsibility to deliver it to you. We are not liable for any lost or stolen packages. please contact the courier (UPS/Canada Post) for assistance if any issues arise.

Tip: If you won't be available at home during delivery hours, we recommend contacting the courier and requesting them to hold your package at a local pickup point. This will help prevent the risk of it getting lost or stolen, and you can conveniently pick it up at your convenience.

Desi Swad Junction is not responsible for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We cannot provide refunds or credits for packages that the carrier has confirmed as delivered.

After processing your order, we will send you a shipping confirmation notification that includes the package tracking number.
